Both you and Recycled City reserve the right to cancel services any time, for any reason.
If you would like to suspend or temporarily put a hold on your services, please contact us via email with your request 14 days beforehand. This will allow us to get our cabbages in a row and service you most efficiently.
With proper notice, any pre-paid services will be pro-rated and refunded.

We understand that composting isn't for everyone (although it should be!). If you've tried our service and wish to stop, or didn't think it went too well we hope that you will contact us using these simple guidelines :

Recycled City reserves the right to cancel or change service on any given day due to unsafe driving conditions, extreme weather, holidays, or unforeseeable complications. You will be notified of such cancellation or change 24 hours prior to your service day, and your account will not be effected.
- Late or Un-paid Invoices
Recycled City will invoice you for upcoming payments due. If an invoice is un-paid for more than 30 days we reserve the right to cancel your service with a 7 day written notice. Once an unpaid invoice goes over 45 days past-due, Recycled City will cancel your services and collect your bin on the next service day.
If you missed your schedule service day, for whatever reason, your bin will be picked up on your next schedule pick-up day. Your account will not be credited for the missed day. If you absolutely need your bin exchanged, you can schedule an additonal pick-up for $5.
